Minimap Fullscreen

The Minimap Fullscreen Action toggles the large, centered fullscreen map view for the player.

The desired state:

• SHOW: Force fullscreen map open.
• HIDE: Force fullscreen map closed.
• TOGGLE: Switch current state.
